On Saturday, August 30, 2025, the Dāna Education IC-CMRU Student Club held its very first Training Day—a milestone moment for our newly selected members. Out of more than 50 applicants, 23 passionate and dedicated students have joined the team, and this day was designed to welcome, prepare, and inspire them for the exciting journey ahead.
The Training Day began with a warm introduction to Dāna Education and its mission of creating opportunities for youth through education, creativity, and community. An engaging ice-breaking activity quickly brought smiles and laughter, helping members connect with one another and build the foundation for teamwork.
Students then set up their official club emails and joined the online group, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration throughout the year. The sessions continued with discussions about the club’s vision, responsibilities across departments, and the important role each member will play in bringing activities and workshops to life on campus.
The atmosphere throughout the day was filled with energy, curiosity, and excitement. Members shared ideas, asked questions, and expressed their enthusiasm for serving their peers and community through the club.
This Training Day was not just about preparation—it was about building a sense of belonging, unity, and shared purpose. As one student expressed, “It feels like we are starting something meaningful together.”
The year ahead promises to be full of learning, creativity, and impact. With this strong beginning, the Dāna Education IC-CMRU Student Club is ready to organize engaging workshops, fun activities, and meaningful initiatives that empower students and strengthen community bonds.
Stay tuned for updates on upcoming events, and join us in celebrating the start of this exciting journey!
