Why Are Leadership and Communication So Important? Let’s Take a Closer Look.

Last Sunday, Dāna Education Laos hosted an inspiring workshop on “Leadership and Communication” at Phonekeo Vithagna School, designed especially for our new team member candidates. With more than 25 enthusiastic participants, the session was filled with positive energy, open discussions, and plenty of opportunities for everyone to explore their own leadership styles.

A special appreciation goes to our guest speakers, Sis Tadam from Campus Mixer and Aiy Bank from NOVA 101 Club, who delivered highly practical insights through interactive and hands-on activities. Their guidance helped participants understand how leadership and communication skills can be applied in real-life settings—learning not just by listening, but by doing.

Beyond skill-building, this workshop also created a meaningful space for connection. Participants formed new friendships, built confidence in their communication skills, and deepened their understanding of what it means to lead with purpose and clarity.
