What support do you provide for volunteers, and how is volunteer service recognized?
As a small youth-led nonprofit organization, Dāna Education is currently unable to provide accommodation, transportation, meals, or volunteer allowances/stipends. Volunteers are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel, accommodation, and living expenses throughout the duration of their placement.
To recognize the dedication of our volunteers:
- 50+ volunteer hours: Receive a Certificate of Appreciation.
- 100+ volunteer hours: Receive a Certificate of Appreciation and, upon request, either a Volunteer Confirmation Letter or a Scholarship Support Letter acknowledging your commitment and contribution to Dāna Education.
